Not the right fit? Return your Calder within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The bike must be in resalable condition with all original accessories.
How to Start a Return
Email support@pedaro.com with your order reference. We'll send return instructions within one business day.
Refund Timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned bike arriving at our warehouse.
Warranty Claims
Every Calder includes a 1-year warranty on the frame, motor, battery and controller against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled by replacement parts rather than refunds.
